Once you've decided on a cake flavor(s), you can choose from our traditional fillings below.  Keep in mind, you can choose different cake types and fillings for each tier of your cake.

Finish your cake with our Original 1922 Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream, Chocolate Ganache, White Chocolate Ganache or Rolled Fondant icing for a smooth modern look.

Ganache: a very rich icing made with melted chocolate and heavy cream. 

Fondant: a specialized icing formed from a dough, rolled out (and colored, if specified) and laid over the layers of cake.  It has a very smooth matte finish.

The Rules:
1.  There must be a 4" difference between each tier.
2.  Cakes can be either frosted or rolled fondant.  You can NOT have one tier frosted and another tier in rolled fondant.

You can have a square tier with a round tier on top.
You can have a round tier with a square tier on top.

All our wedding cake designs are available on the size tiers you select.  See web for "price-style A & B cakes."  All "C" style cake prices are for ckaes that customer has picture and/or own design.

• Short order times...Unless you need to order a special wedding cake ornament (that you can select from our wedding cake book). We do not need more than 2 weeks to plan your wedding cake order. Indeed, we can handle the order on a one week notice.
• Look through our pictures...  Remember this is only a sampling... We have many other designs available...or bring yours to our store.

Tips for ordering your wedding cake:

Before deciding on the size of the wedding cake, ask yourself these questions:

• Aside from the number of invited guests, will I need additional servings for band members, photographer, etc.?
• Am I saving the top cake tier for our first anniversary?
• If you are having a large wedding do you prefer a large multi-tiered wedding cake for the viewing table or a smaller scaled wedding cake with a few back-up sheet cakes to be sliced for additional servings?  This option will decrease the overall costs.

When you are ready to place your wedding cake order, please have the following available:

• Payment.  You need to put down a 50% deposit for the total cost.  Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card.
• The remaining balance needs to be paid in full one week prior to the wedding.
• If the cake is to be delivered, have the contact name, address and phone number of the address the cake is to be delivered.
