Orders placed weekdays by 10:00 A.M. CST may be shipped the same business day Mon.-Wed. Some restrictions may apply.
We ship via FEDEX. FEDEX will not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please see below:
For shipments to P O Boxes, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico and Anywhere in the World there will be an additional charge of $14.00 per address
Orders shipped via Standard Delivery Service will normally arrive within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the order. We will hold orders for later delivery at your request.
Shipping Times During Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons, we ship Monday thru Thursday. **During the summer months and off-season, January 1 thru September 31, we will be shipping Mondays thru Wednesdays so packages will arrive Wednesdays thru Fridays. We suggest you ship 2nd day for Wednesday shipments. In order for them to arrive before the weekend. We will add the appropriate shipping charges.

Please note, since our products are perishable goods, we suggest if you live outside of the FEDEX 3 day time-in-transit for ground shipments from Chicago, please use one of the express services.
Delivery outside of the US We use the USPS for these special packages. Please call for a shipping quote.
For packages going to Alaska & Hawaii there is an additional $17.00 per item.
Lost or Damaged Goods: For your protection, when receiving merchandise from any source, you should carefully examine your order. Inspect boxes for damage and check your shipment against the packing slip/bill of lading to verify receipt of all boxes and content. Have the driver note damage or shortages on your delivery receipt and keep all cartons and packing material. Because Dinkel's sends perishable goods, damage or shortages must be reported within 2 days of delivery in order to make a claim.
Also be aware that Dinkel's Bakery cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather or other events beyond our control. FEDEX will also suspend it shipping guarantees for all services on occasion. This usually occurs just before the Christmas Holiday or due to weather conditions. |
