Our Custom Cake Policy
Because each cake is hand-crafted, the cake you receive may be similarly decorated, but may not be exactly the same as seen in our window and /or on our website. No refunds and/or exchanges will be given because the cake is not exactly like the one you have seen. Thank you.
Every product you purchase from Dinkel's Bakery must live up to your satisfaction. If at any time a product fails to satisfy you, return it to us, with your receipt, within 3 days, and we will either replace the item and/or issue you store credit and/or issue a refund. After 3 days all that may be given is store credit.
